This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch session. If you have an idea, walk out with a real product you built yourself using Claude Code and Codex, plus the marketing and sales GTM Strategy to actually get it in front of people.

We will go through a framework for you to choose your application idea, and reduce the costs of running a business from scratch.

  2. Setup Frontend and Backend, with third-party connectorsSpin up a working prototype in an afternoon instead of a quarter, ship fast, and understand what tools are needed for your purposes. Understand what you are capable of building with free tools (database, authentication, cybersecurity, etc).
  3. Build your marketing workflowsUse Claude Code and Cowork to run content, landing pages, ad copy, and campaign assets on repeat. Set up the systems once and produce marketing output at a pace a small team can't match manually.
  • Distribution and salesBuild the workflows that get your product seen and sold. Lead lists, personalized outreach, sales follow-ups, and distribution across channels, all set up to run with minimal hands-on time.
