I am an educator, technologist, and career strategist on a mission to reconnect intelligence with the soul. Through Rashik - The Awakening, I am transforming Bangladesh's development and education sectors by building AI-powered ecosystems that create sustainable livelihoods and restore confidence in the next generation. My work spans multiple dimensions: I run immersive 3-month programs (The Awakening Sessions) that train rural youth in AI and digital marketing; I lead sector transformation campaigns addressing the NGO funding crisis; and I have published peer-reviewed research on AI ethics and consciousness. I have built multiple platforms using Manus—from community e-commerce to AI-assisted LMS to regional journalism—proving that technology, when guided by purpose, can democratize opportunity.
