Several relevant markets currently operate in a fragmented, informal, and opaque manner, with characteristics such as: Bilateral negotiations via WhatsApp or other informal channels Strong information asymmetry Absence of minimum governance standards Excessive dependence on intermediaries Low liquidity and difficulty for institutional investors to enter This market disorganization is the main factor hindering scale, trust, and efficient price formation.
