In one sentence, what are you building?
A turn-based startup decision simulation app that converts Lenny’s podcast transcripts into evidence-backed decision rules so founders and PMs can test strategies and learn trade-offs interactively.
What problem are you solving?
Startup advice is abundant but hard to apply: founders and PMs often consume long-form content (newsletters, podcasts) without a practical way to translate it into concrete decisions, evaluate trade-offs, or learn from outcomes. LennySim bridges this gap by extracting decision rules from the transcripts and letting users “practice” real startup choices (pricing, hiring, PMF) in a simulated environment with transparent evidence and reasoning behind each outcome.
